We strive to offer high-quality Orthopedic, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation, Cerebral Palsy- CP Modalities & Ayurvedic-related items. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy.


1. Returns Eligibility:

1.1. Glass Products: We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on glass product. Rest assured, we take every precaution to ensure that your glass product arrive in excellent condition.

1.2. Non-Glass Products: Yes, we accept returns for non-glass products.

1.3. Gift or Promotional Items: Please note that gift or promotional items received as part of an offer are not eligible for returns, transfers, or refunds. However, if a promotional scheme that offers products is arranged for return or is under the refund process, any associated gift items will also be taken back, or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

1.4. Non-returnable Products: # Disposable, Single Use and Perishable items such as Diapers, Masks etc. are not returnable.

# Handicapped items are not returnable. This items are only eligible for free replacement within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of Damaged, Defective and Different item delivered to you.

1.5. Returnable Products: Return pick-up is available only for eligible pick-up items and addresses, provided there are no shipping restrictions.

2. Returns Process for Non-Glass Products:

2.1. Contact Us: If you wish to return a non-glass product, please contact us at info@albiokart.com within {Specify the timeframe, e.g., 7 days} of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process.

2.2. Return Condition: #To be eligible for a return, the non-glass product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

#Keep the item in its original condition with outer box or carton with MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in manufacturer packaging. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/ replacement.

2.3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

# In Case any highly dissatisfaction reason Goods return, amount will be refunded less both side transportation charges and GST.

3. Refund Process:

3.1. Verification: Once we receive your returned non-glass product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

3.2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow {Specify the timeframe, e.g., 5-10 business days} for the refund to reflect in your account.
