We’re delighted to offer shipping services within { India, All Metro city / delivery Services available by Leading companies }. If your region isn’t listed, kindly get in touch with us at info@albiokart.com, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
3. Shipping Timeframes:
3.1. Order Processing: Every order undergoes meticulous processing within {Specify processing time, e.g., 1-7 business days}. Please note that we don’t process orders on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, there might be slight delays in shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3.2. Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time depends on your location and your selected shipping method during checkout. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, please understand that unforeseen circumstances can occasionally affect delivery times.
4. Shipping Costs:
4.1. Domestic Shipping: Free shipping in 26000+ serviceable pin-codes in India.
4.2. International Shipping: Currently we are only taking orders with in India.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes available within (Specify timeframe, e.g., 48 hours) after the email is sent.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Please be aware that ALBIO INDIA is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with your order. These additional fees, if applicable, are your responsibility and are determined by customs authorities.
7. Damages:
Regrettably, we cannot assume liability for products that are damaged or lost during transit. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to initiate a claim. We kindly ask that you retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claims process.
8. Returns:
8.1. Non-returning Products: # Disposable, Single use and Perishable items such as Diapers, Masks etc. are not returnable.
# Handicapped items are not returnable, this items are only eligible for free replacement within 10 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of Damaged.
8.2. Returning Products: Return pick-up is available only for eligible pick-up items and addresses, provided there are no shipping restrictions.
8.3. Not Happy with the Product: # In case any highly dissatisfaction reason Goods return, amount will be refunded less both side transportation charges and GST.
# Please keep the item in its original condition with outer box or carton with MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/ replacement.
